Childrens Dentistry
As of January 1st 2014 the Teen Dental Medicare plan will be replaced by the Child Dental Benefit Scheme.
Healthy teeth are a gift for life!
Going to the dentist with your children doesn’t have to be an ordeal! It is so important to get your children used to regular dental visits rather than waiting for problems to occur. By having regular check-ups from a young age children become more comfortable with the dentist and are more likely to cooperate and have less phobias about dental treatment.
“So when should I start bringing my child to the dentist?”
If you see spots or stains on your babies teeth, visit a dentist. Otherwise regular check-up’s should begin at about age 3. Our friendly clinicians are a great way to introduce your children to the idea of the dentist’s chair. They might even get a ride in the chair and some goodies!
